What You'll Do10
- 1Own and administer the Company’s contract repository and other Legal Department document systems ensuring completeness accuracy and accessibility
- 2Establish and maintain document-management standards including metadata taxonomies naming conventions and version control
- 3Fulfill records and document requests from Legal executives board members owners and external stakeholders promptly
- 4Set up and administer virtual data rooms for project finance tax equity and M&A transactions managing access permissions and diligence tracking
- 5Maintain corporate governance and entity records such as organizational documents board materials and minutes
- 6Support records-retention and information-governance policies including classification and retention schedules
- 7Support legal holds audits and investigations through controlled document-production processes
- 8Protect confidential privileged proprietary information via access and sharing controls
- 9Develop procedures guides checklists and training materials for legal operations
- 10Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree in business administration legal studies information management or related field with five or more years of experience in records information management legal operations or corporate governance
- 2Proven ability to independently manage records document systems and competing priorities with limited supervision
- 3Direct experience administering virtual data rooms for complex transactions such as project finance tax equity or M&A
- 4Strong knowledge of document organization practices metadata taxonomies and records retention
- 5Exceptional organizational skills high attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume time-sensitive requests
- 6Demonstrated written communication skills and discretion when handling executive board and confidential information
