What You'll Do8
- 1Own safe operation of assigned assets and reinforce compliance with corporate policies
- 2Develop and execute portfolio and asset-level strategies covering performance commercial finance risk mitigation lifecycle management value creation
- 3Lead portfolio performance reviews identify variances establish recovery plans communicate recommendations to senior leadership
- 4Ensure compliance with power purchase agreements interconnection agreements land agreements financing permits O&M agreements warranties regulatory requirements
- 5Serve as senior point of contact for operating events contractual disputes stakeholder concerns claims compliance gaps coordinate decision making
- 6Direct annual budgeting forecasting variance analysis cash planning financial reporting monitor insurance requirements lead claims recovery strategy stakeholder communications
- 7Support sourcing evaluation negotiation administration of O&M contracts oversee construction-to-operations handover operational readiness care custody transfer training warranty readiness data access issue closure
- 8Visit project sites assess facility condition verify vendor safety operating practices review performance issues support troubleshooting and improvement initiatives
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in engineering finance business energy or related discipline advanced degree preferred
- 2At least 7 years progressive experience in renewable energy asset management power generation project finance operations related field including utility-scale operating assets
- 3Proven success managing complex assets leading cross-functional initiatives resolving operational commercial financial contractual issues
- 4Strong analytical problem solving abilities interpret operational financial data assess risk develop recommendations drive issues to closure
- 5Excellent written verbal executive presentation skills communicate complex matters clearly concise
- 6Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint experience with asset performance enterprise reporting business intelligence platforms preferred
- 7Valid driver’s license safe driving record sufficient for travel and company operations
