Project Executive BUILD Renewables
Overview
Lead executive project and EPC execution as Client Relations Manager for BUILD Renewables. Drive successful delivery of assigned projects manage contracts negotiate risks optimize schedules and improve margins. Build relationships with vendors and clients to resolve issues during design and pre-bid phases.
What You'll Do12
- 1Oversee estimates schedules constructability reviews value engineering procurement and project execution
- 2Ensure safety and quality on assigned projects
- 3Develop vendor relationships to resolve design and pre-bid issues
- 4Present proposals to new and existing clients and communicate project risks to leadership
- 5Contribute to contract development for vendors and subcontractors
- 6Manage financial aspects of all projects to guarantee profitability
- 7Support change order processes including negotiation assessment and claim preparation
- 8Interpret project schedules to determine equipment delivery dates pricing approvals and procurement timelines
- 9Procure major equipment ensuring compliance with BUILD Renewables standards
- 10Lead multiple projects simultaneously through all phases
- 11Drive business development with current and prospective clients
- 12Develop high performance teams via supervision training coaching and mentoring
Requirements11
- 1Minimum ten years experience in Project Management or Engineering
- 2Five years leadership experience on utility scale renewable energy projects preferred
- 3Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field
- 4Working knowledge of full construction process from design to close-out
- 5Proven ability to provide construction sequencing staffing and schedule solutions
- 6Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
- 7Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 8Ability to travel as required with projects nationally based
- 9Physical stamina to stand walk crawl bend reach and climb
- 10Resilience to weather extremes throughout workday
- 11Self-motivation and strong sense of urgency
Salary Insight
$150 - $225k per year
