What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as a primary technology resource for attorneys and staff in Northern California offices
- 2Provide in-person remote and phone-based technical support for hardware software and connectivity issues
- 3Track and resolve support requests from intake to resolution
- 4Coordinate equipment deployments upgrades and office technology needs
- 5Support conference room technology and meeting-related requirements
- 6Assist with Microsoft 365 account administration and identity management processes
- 7Deploy workstations patch configure and manage lifecycle tasks
- 8Maintain document management systems and legal-specific applications
- 9Escalate complex technical issues while ensuring ownership of resolutions
- 10Participate in firmwide IT projects and technology rollouts
- 11Contribute to IT documentation and operational standards improvement
Requirements12
- 13-5 years of IT support or technical operations experience
- 2Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- 3Experience with Microsoft Windows environments and M365 applications
- 4Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- 5Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- 6Willingness to travel between Northern California office locations
- 7Comfort working independently with limited local supervision
- 8Physical capability to lift 25 pounds and walk regularly within the office
- 9Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and Microsoft 365 administration
- 10Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access
- 11Experience with document management systems like iManage or similar DMS
