Overview

What You'll Do11

  • 1Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment including chillers IFUs VAVs and BAS controls
  • 2Perform preventive maintenance while adhering to energy efficiency guidelines
  • 3Inspect mechanical systems and conduct energy audits
  • 4Respond to emergencies protecting occupants and property
  • 5Operate data centers and mission-critical environments
  • 6Train on electrical testing tools and diagnose BAS issues
  • 7Generate field service reports and manage part procurement
  • 8Cross-train in electrical maintenance and BAS technology
  • 9Assist with facility operations and general maintenance tasks
  • 10Lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights up to 60 feet
  • 11Develop solutions using knowledge of building automation systems

Requirements11

  • 16+ years commercial HVAC experience
  • 2Current Journeyman License with TS/SCI clearance
  • 3Master License preferred
  • 4High school diploma or GED
  • 5Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
  • 6Strong understanding of BAS and control modules
  • 7Physical stamina for lifting and climbing
  • 8Excellent communication skills in English
  • 9Willingness to learn new electrical testing tools
  • 10Proven track record of independent problem solving
