What You'll Do8

  • 1Operate and maintain commercial HVAC systems including boilers chillers pumps cooling towers air handlers and VAVs
  • 2Utilize Building Automation Systems to monitor and optimize building performance
  • 3Troubleshoot electrical plumbing and mechanical issues independently
  • 4Perform preventive maintenance while handling service calls and equipment emergencies
  • 5Conduct inspections to verify safe efficient operation of building systems
  • 6Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs
  • 7Maintain accurate maintenance records using a CMMS
  • 8Ensure compliance with safety regulations building codes and company policies

Requirements6

  • 15+ years maintaining commercial or institutional buildings
  • 2Strong hands-on experience with HVAC mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
  • 3Experience operating boilers chillers cooling towers pumps air handlers and related equipment
  • 4Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • 5Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs with minimal supervision
  • 6Comfortable responding to after-hours emergencies
