What You'll Do9

  • 1Drive the UKG Ready implementation ensuring seamless configuration testing and rollout with strong user adoption
  • 2Maximize our systems strategy by acting as the internal expert for the technology stack focusing on scale compliance and user experience
  • 3Champion AI and automation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools and advanced automation to eliminate manual tasks and optimize workflows
  • 4Lead people analytics and dashboards by transforming complex data into clear insights through automated reporting on headcount attrition and total rewards
  • 5Ensure data integrity and security by establishing rigorous auditing processes role-based permissions and compliance standards spanning US and Northern Ireland
  • 6Own the complete HR technology ecosystem including Greenhouse Lattice and other supporting tools ensuring seamless communication and maximum utilization
  • 7Partner with People Operations to audit and redesign processes from onboarding to compensation cycles reducing friction and driving efficiency
  • 8Serve as the functional AI Champion for the People team refusing to accept outdated methods and pushing for continuous improvement
  • 9Collaborate with a builder team to solve complex problems and reshape a massive industry through technology

Requirements7

  • 15+ years building HRIS systems with Spark and Airflow
  • 25+ years experience with Greenhouse and Lattice
  • 33-5 seasons leading large-scale implementations
  • 4UKG Ready expertise with deep knowledge of the system's capabilities
  • 5Analytical proficiency with data manipulation and visualization tools
  • 6Demonstrated ability to translate technical constraints into plain language for non-technical peers
  • 7Strong collaborative mindset focused on execution and cross-functional partnerships
