Detail-oriented HR Analyst for a remote temp-to-hire position supporting HR operations in Carrollton, TX. You will own data-driven processes maintain compliance and lead cross-functional projects while collaborating with HR leaders and stakeholders.

- 5Assist With Federal Contractor Compliance Activities Including Applicant Tracking Data Collection Affirmative Action Plan Support EEO-1 VETS-4212 ADA and Veteran-Related Reporting
- 6Support HR Systems Process Improvement Initiatives Testing Training Documentation and Rollout Activities
- 7Own Scale and Drive Process Optimization Initiatives
- 8Drive Data Analysis and Insight Delivery to Enhance Decision Making
- 9Lead Collaboration Across Departments to Streamline Workflows

Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading HR projects with measurable outcomes
- 3Certified in CPC Card or BCBA
- 45+ years experience with AWS certified tools
- 5Proven track record in data governance and reporting
- 6Strong knowledge of federal contractor regulations
- 7Experience with audit preparation and document control
- 8Familiarity with HRIS platforms and system administration
- 9Ability to thrive in a remote environment
- 10Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
