What You'll Do8

  • 1Resolve employee relations issues and guide managers on performance and HR policies
  • 2Partner with leaders on workforce analytics, org optimization, and leadership development
  • 3Align HR programs with client group needs using Workday and other tools
  • 4Counsel employees on policies and legal compliance, ensuring fairness
  • 5Facilitate internal transfers, promotions, and exit interviews to boost retention
  • 6Implement HR recommendations and change initiatives with managers
  • 7Document and refine HR policies and processes for scalability
  • 8Maintain confidentiality and accurate employee records in Workday

Requirements10

  • 13-5+ years as HR Generalist or HRBP with broad HR exposure
  • 2Experience in fast-growing tech companies or supporting engineering teams
  • 3Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for data-driven decisions
  • 4Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence at all levels
  • 5Proven ability to handle employee relations independently
  • 6Familiarity with Greenhouse, UltiPro, or Workday
  • 7Ability to organize and prioritize work with independent judgment
  • 8Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 9Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco and relocate if needed
  • 10Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required
