We seek an HR Director to partner with Frontend Technology organizations and Intel Foundry. This role supports executive leadership and drives HR strategy for a large technical team. The position blends strategic partnership with operational excellence across multiple divisions.

Requirements10
- 110+ years direct HR experience
- 2Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3Master's degree or MBA with 5+ years experience
- 4Significant experience supporting engineering operations
- 5International work experience outside US
- 6Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- 7Employment law knowledge for problem solving
- 8Proven influence and coaching capabilities
- 9Experience with union and non-union environments
- 10Ability to apply HR solutions effectively
