What You'll Do12
- 1Assist clients in exploring housing options and securing suitable accommodations
- 2Ensure housing practices comply with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws
- 3Conduct motivational interviews to identify client preferences goals and barriers
- 4Work with support coordinators to align housing plans with service goals
- 5Respond to and manage crisis situations with appropriate interventions and follow-up
- 6Provide guidance on lease agreements tenant rights and housing responsibilities
- 7Educate clients and coordinators about LIHTC Section 8 and local subsidies
- 8Coordinate with medical mental health educational and vocational providers for holistic support
- 9Offer supportive counseling and assist clients in building community connections
- 10Help clients access transportation to essential appointments and services
- 11Assist with budgeting and financial management to maintain housing stability
- 12Document housing goals service plans progress and regulatory compliance changes
Requirements7
- 1Bilingual Spanish preferred
- 2Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or Master's in related discipline
- 3Valid driver's license
- 4Experience in housing assistance property management or community support
- 5Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and housing compliance standards
- 6HMIS experience
- 75+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
