Requirements8
- 1Three years housing support experience OR Associate degree with one year client services
- 2Strong customer service communication skills
- 3Knowledge of landlord tenant relationships
- 4Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- 5Experience with data collection systems
- 6Understanding of rental assistance programs
- 7Physical ability to handle light to medium weight materials
- 8Commitment to equitable treatment of all applicants
