Overview
The Housing Employment Specialist leads WAY Fair Futures Program ensuring youth receive timely assistance with employment preparation and housing. This role coordinates administrative logistical and programmatic support while maintaining compliance with agency standards. Collaboration with caseworkers coaches and staff ensures youth access to resources for long term stability.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement housing and employment support systems for youth

- 3Serve as liaison between Children’s Village ACS and community stakeholders
- 4Coordinate communication with external partners
- 5Oversee organizational documentation and record management
- 6Drive process improvements in program delivery
- 7Support independent living and housing training initiatives
Requirements6
- 1Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s in Social Work related field
- 2Three years direct social service experience
- 3Valid driver’s license with ability to transport up to twelve passengers
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 5Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 6Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
