What You'll Do7

- 5Apply fair housing and landlord-tenant laws to advocate for clients
- 6Collaborate with culturally diverse communities delivering tailored case management
- 7Use motivational interviewing to promote housing stability and self-sufficiency
Requirements5
- 1Strong background in social services, case management, or housing assistance programs
- 2Experience with underserved communities including homelessness or mental health challenges
- 3Familiarity with landlord-tenant law, fair housing regulations, HUD regulations, LIHTC, Section 8
- 4Proven negotiation skills with landlords and property managers
- 5Excellent client communication and crisis intervention expertise
