What You'll Do5
- 1Complete assessments with individuals and families to determine eligibility for rental assistance programs based on grant-specific criteria such as ESG CoC and TANF
- 2Schedule and conduct timely housing quality standard inspections and follow up on landlord corrective actions
- 3Maintain accurate and timely data using approved systems like HMIS ensuring compliance with agency state and federal guidelines
- 4Facilitate lease negotiations and participate in lease signings to ensure participant understanding of terms and rental assistance
- 5Collect and report data accurately using mandated forms to support timely payments and continued program eligibility

- 1Authorized to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship
- 2Valid unexpired driver’s license and ability to drive a personal vehicle
- 3Minimum age 21 years with physical capability to lift 25 pounds
- 4Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- 5Proficiency in basic computer applications including email spreadsheets and file management
