What You'll Do5

  • 1Complete assessments with individuals and families to determine eligibility for rental assistance programs based on grant-specific criteria such as ESG CoC and TANF
  • 2Schedule and conduct timely housing quality standard inspections and follow up on landlord corrective actions
  • 3Maintain accurate and timely data using approved systems like HMIS ensuring compliance with agency state and federal guidelines
  • 4Facilitate lease negotiations and participate in lease signings to ensure participant understanding of terms and rental assistance
  • 5Collect and report data accurately using mandated forms to support timely payments and continued program eligibility

  • 1Authorized to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship
  • 2Valid unexpired driver’s license and ability to drive a personal vehicle
  • 3Minimum age 21 years with physical capability to lift 25 pounds
  • 4Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • 5Proficiency in basic computer applications including email spreadsheets and file management
