What You'll Do7
- 1Assist participants in navigating housing searches and securing permanent housing units
- 2Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop individualized stabilization plans
- 3Build relationships with landlords and property managers to expand housing options
- 4Coordinate rental assistance while ensuring regulatory compliance
- 5Provide mediation and connect clients to essential community resources
- 6Maintain confidential records using HMIS and required databases
- 7Drive scalable solutions to improve housing access for underserved populations
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with one year social services experience
- 2Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field
- 3Bilingual Spanish English proficiency
- 4Valid driver's license and insurance for personal vehicle
- 5Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- 6Strong communication skills with public speaking experience
- 7Demonstrated expertise in case management and trauma-informed approaches
