You will own the guest experience at a high-volume Bad Daddy's Burger Bar in Charlotte, from greeting to seating, with $8/hour plus tips and weekly pay. What You'll Do9
- 1Greet every guest with a warm welcome and seat them promptly, owning the first impression of the restaurant
- 2Manage the waiting list and seating rotation to balance server workload and minimize guest wait times
- 3Maintain a clean and organized host stand, entryway, and dining area, including clearing and resetting tables
- 4Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow during peak hours
- 5Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide accurate wait time estimates to guests
- 6Assist in training new hosts and support other roles like cashier or server during slow periods
- 7Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations

Requirements9
- 1No prior experience required, but 1+ year in customer service or hospitality preferred
- 2Ability to stand and walk for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25 pounds
- 3Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 421 years or older to participate in the 401K match program
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Food handler's permit or ability to obtain within 30 days
- 7Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
- 8Work authorization in the United States
- 9Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
