What You'll Do9
- 1Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable and letting them know you're there for them personally.
- 2Inform guests of specials and feature items, answering questions about food, beverages, and other services.
- 3Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately in the POS system.
- 4Deliver food and beverages promptly, and run food from the pick-up window for any server.
- 5Perform side work at shift start and end, maintaining clean service areas throughout.
- 6Monitor guests' dining experience, responding courteously to requests and ensuring satisfaction.
- 7Pre-bus tables frequently, prepare checks, and present them at the right service point.
- 8Clean and reset tables, chairs, booths, and surrounding carpet after guests leave.
- 9Assist fellow servers as needed and fill in to keep the dining room running smoothly.
Requirements7
- 11+ year of server experience in a full-service restaurant.
- 2Verbal and language skills to understand and communicate with guests clearly.
- 3Basic math skills to handle cash and operate the POS system.
- 4Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- 5Capability to reach, bend, squat, and stoop for cleaning tasks.
- 6Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 7Adherence to company appearance standards including hair, jewelry, and uniform.
