What You'll Do8
- 1Reset and bus tables, polish glassware, and stock supplies to keep the floor ready.
- 2Run food and beverages to tables promptly, verifying accuracy against orders.
- 3Maintain spotless dining areas by clearing dishes, wiping surfaces, and sweeping.
- 4Anticipate guest needs by refilling water, clearing used plates, and checking satisfaction.
- 5Assist servers with tray deliveries, table resets, and side work during peak hours.
- 6Uphold health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of glass and chemicals.
- 7Communicate with kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate timely service.
- 8Support opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down stations.
Requirements7
- 11+ year of restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- 2Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a flexible schedule.
- 3Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- 4Strong attention to detail in table setting and cleanliness standards.
- 5Effective communication with servers, managers, and kitchen staff.
