Overview
We seek a Host to serve as the first point of contact for guests. You will greet guests provide wait times and escort them to dining and bar areas. Your goal is to ensure a positive dining experience from arrival until departure. This role requires strong organizational and people skills to create memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Do12
- 1Welcome guests to the venue
- 2Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- 3Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas
- 4Distribute menus and announce waiter/waitress names
- 5Greet customers upon their departure thanking them
- 6Maintain a clean host reception area
- 7Assist with Togo orders
- 8Demonstrate knowledge of restaurant etiquette
- 9Follow health and safety regulations
- 10Communicate effectively via phone and in-person
- 11Monitor seating availability across the dining and bar area
- 12Maintain good physical condition to work full shifts

- 13-5 seasons of hospitality experience
- 2TABC Certified and Food Handler Certified
- 3Strong organizational skills to oversee the entire dining and bar area
- 4Excellent physical stamina to walk and stand throughout a shift
- 5Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
