What You'll Do9

  • 1Greet guests with a smile and seat them based on table availability and preference.
  • 2Manage the waitlist and estimate wait times, keeping guests informed and comfortable.
  • 3Answer phones, book reservations, and rearrange tables to accommodate large parties.
  • 4Offer drinks or appetizers to guests while they wait and take initial drink orders.
  • 5Update the seating chart and monitor the dining room for clean, open tables.
  • 6Build relationships with guests by introducing yourself and engaging in genuine conversation.
  • 7Support the team by maintaining a positive atmosphere and resolving conflicts constructively.
  • 8Learn the menu and company story to answer guest questions accurately.
  • 9Maintain a professional appearance and uniform, arriving ready for each shift.

Requirements6

  • 11+ years of hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • 2Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • 3Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
  • 4Excellent verbal communication skills, including fluent English.
  • 5Basic math skills for managing waitlists and seating.
  • 6Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
