- 1Perform personal care tasks promptly and report unmet needs to the Case Manager
- 2Communicate effectively with patients and families using ethical practices

- 4Conduct daily hygiene and grooming duties as assigned
- 5Assist with dressing and feeding while adhering to care plans
- 6Monitor patient skin integrity and report concerns
- 7Report symptoms or condition changes to the RN case manager
- 8Support mobility exercises and transfers as directed
- 9Administer medication reminders per state regulations
- 10Maintain clean living spaces and assist with light homemaking
- 11Provide routine range of motion and positioning assistance
- 12Offer support with bedpan and urinal use
- 13Handle laundry and waste management tasks
- 14Execute range of motion procedures with demonstrated skills
- 15Give respite care to patients and families when needed
- 16Keep living areas organized according to organizational standards
- 17Follow documentation protocols and maintain professional conduct
- 18Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- 19Respect patient and family preferences throughout care delivery
- 20Mandatory reporter for health department violations and abuse
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in hospice or similar care settings
- 3Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) in Tennessee
- 4Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- 5High school diploma or GED
- 6Ability to read and follow written instructions
- 7Understanding of hospice philosophy and specialized care principles
- 8Prior experience in hospice or rehabilitation facilities
- 9Basic computer skills for electronic medical records
- 10Age 18 or older
- 11Licensed driver with insured vehicle
