What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with patients and families to ensure comfort and satisfaction
- 2Design and execute daily care plans based on RN directives
- 3Document observations and report changes to the case manager promptly
- 4Utilize durable medical equipment appropriately
- 5Drive vehicles safely to maintain schedule efficiency
- 6Maintain accurate records using the online hospice management system
- 7Foster teamwork through active participation in staff meetings
- 8Provide respite for families when appropriate
- 9Engage in quality improvement initiatives and IDG discussions
- 10Follow strict protocols for medication observation without administration
- 11Adapt to varying home environments that may present accessibility challenges
Requirements13
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3BCBA credential valued
- 4AWS Certified knowledge beneficial
- 55+ years constructing data workflows
- 6Spark and Airflow proficiency demonstrated
- 7Valid driver’s license and secondary identification
- 8Current tuberculosis screening results
- 9Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 10Reliable transportation method available
- 11Physical stamina for standing and light lifting tasks
- 12Ability to sign comprehensive medical forms
- 13Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
