What You'll Do7
- 1Assist with ADLs including personal care meal preparation medication reminders light housekeeping transportation to appointments
- 2Document services using established guidelines and report changes to supervisors
- 3Promote patient/family independence through direct observation
- 4Complete paperwork following protocols as measured by evaluation tool
- 5Maintain flexible attitude meeting patient needs per PIC feedback
- 6Follow Home Health Aide Plan of Care during each visit
- 7Ensure yearly average AVD meets discipline-specific standards
Requirements5
- 11-3 years paid CHHA experience in healthcare facility or HomeHealth setting
- 2CA Basic Life Support - CPR
- 3Driver's License CA
- 4Auto Insurance
- 5CA resident
