Overview
Lead skilled professional nursing services for residential patients across adults and pediatrics. Provide care aligned with individualized plans of care. This is a full-time position requiring expertise in patient assessment and documentation.

Requirements11
- 1Current Arizona RN license
- 2Current BLS certification
- 3Minimum one year infusion nursing experience
- 4Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- 5Proof of TB screening
- 6Ability to react to medical emergencies
- 7Strong charting and documentation skills
- 8Commitment to patient confidentiality
- 9Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- 10High level of organizational proficiency
- 11Versatile adaptability to dynamic clinical environments
