What You'll Do9
- 1Provide direct care for assigned patients including assessments care planning and education for infusion therapy in home or alternate settings
- 2Evaluate and educate patients on safe home administration of therapy
- 3Assess home environments and implement safety interventions
- 4Develop and evaluate care plans in partnership with clinicians
- 5Manage schedules using company platforms and coordinate on-call rotations
- 6Document encounters and submit required clinical documents promptly
- 7Maintain current RN licensure and pursue advanced certifications
- 8Drive up to one hour to visit patients and ensure continuity of care
- 9Participate in administrative oversight to monitor workflows and optimize resource use
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy background preferred ICU or cardiac care experience
- 2Valid Arizona RN license and BSN degree with preference for CRNI or ONS certification
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
- 4Current driver’s license without restrictions
- 5Ability to participate in night weekend and holiday shifts
- 6Strong knowledge of IV devices and infusion medication administration
- 7Commitment to patient safety and adherence to clinical guidelines
