Field Specialty Infusion Nurse - Per Diem
Overview
We are offering a contract opportunity for an experienced Field Infusion Nurse (RN) to provide specialized infusion services throughout San Diego. This RN will deliver high-quality patient-centered care in home and outpatient settings. The role involves managing infusion-related equipment and ensuring proper medication handling.
What You'll Do6
- 1Perform in-home or off-site IV infusions per physician orders
- 2Provide patient education and ongoing monitoring during and after infusions
- 3Maintain accurate and professional documentation
- 4Manage all infusion-related equipment
- 5Ensure proper medication handling
- 6Communicate with the care team for patient safety and coordination
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Active, unrestricted California RN license
- 3Intermediate to expert proficiency in IV insertion (required)
- 4Prior infusion experience preferred (IVIG, biologics, etc.)
- 5Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
- 6Own liability insurance (professional/general)
