LUX Infusion seeks a Per Diem Home Infusion Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in patients homes or infusion suites. What You'll Do11

  • 1Provide direct home and infusion‑suite nursing care by inserting monitoring and removing IVs and administering medications blood products and nutrition
  • 2Monitor patients for adverse reactions obtain vital signs complete physical assessments and document all patient‑related activities
  • 3Perform venipuncture and manage venous access including peripheral IVs and central lines
  • 4Teach patients and caregivers how to safely perform and monitor home infusion therapy
  • 5Collaborate with directors nursing coordinators physicians agencies and internal teams to coordinate start‑of‑care and ongoing visits
  • 6Complete nursing notes therapy administration reports care plans and progress documentation
  • 7Communicate patient status changes concerns or reportable events to referring physicians and stakeholders
  • 8Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical regulatory and company standards
  • 9Drive within the state to patient residences infusion suites and assigned care locations
  • 10Uphold compliance with federal and state laws and organizational policies
  • 11Support staffing coordination while preserving confidentiality and ethical standards

Requirements12

  • 1Deep care about patient outcomes and the infusion experience
  • 2Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3Current RN license in the state of practice and at least two years of RN experience
  • 4IV certification and experience with central line care and management
  • 5Strong medical‑surgical phlebotomy and venous access knowledge
  • 6Confidence working independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
  • 7Excellent assessment documentation organizational and multitasking skills
  • 8Clear compassionate communication with patients caregivers and providers
  • 9Comfort managing care in home or outpatient infusion environments
  • 10Willingness to travel locally to patient homes and infusion sites
  • 11Bachelor’s degree and RN licensure in additional states preferred
  • 12Prior experience in home infusion therapy PICC port or midline and certification
