What You'll Do11
- 1Act as interim Health Services Director overseeing daily health services operations in assigned communities
- 2Ensure regulatory compliance and highest care standards aligned with Sinceri policies
- 3Collaborate with Management on prospective resident decisions considering community acuity and staffing
- 4Coordinate care services with external professionals including physicians and home health agencies
- 5Oversee ancillary services such as pharmacy and imaging arrangements
- 6Delegate nursing tasks according to state laws while maintaining communication with residents and families
- 7Provide staff training on health services including personal care and medication management
- 8Communicate regularly with resident families about health needs and care plans
- 9Participate in state and federal surveys and maintain risk management systems
- 10Manage electronic health record program and address organizational risk exposure
- 11Assist with recruitment and retention of health services staff including HSD candidates
Requirements11
- 15+ years building health services teams in senior living environments
- 2EHR management experience with proficiency in modern healthcare systems
- 3Registered Nurse license in current state with willingness to obtain additional licenses
- 4CPR certification required with potential for obtaining additional certifications
- 5Background in quality assurance and compliance documentation
- 6Proven leadership abilities with demonstrated motivation and decision-making skills
- 7Strong organizational capabilities for multi-tasking in dynamic settings
- 8Knowledge of senior living regulations and current industry trends
- 9Experience with resident care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration
- 10Familiarity with compensation structures including performance bonuses and benefits packages
- 11Commitment to patient-centered care approaches and continuous improvement initiatives
