Health Benefits Client Service Specialist
Overview
You will own client service operations for a midsize book of business at Marsh McLennan Agency, handling renewals, claims, and daily processing. You'll join a 200-office team using Microsoft Office Suite and the client management system. This role centers on responsiveness and accuracy, with hybrid work from Kennesaw, GA. You'll grow your benefits expertise through seminars and designations.
What You'll Do10
- 1Process new and renewal business within timelines and quality standards, updating the client management system.
- 2Escalate complex issues to the applicable internal contact.
- 3Provide clients with plan information, rates, contributions, and carrier contacts.
- 4Set up policy notebooks and assemble proposals and presentations for meetings.
- 5Address and resolve client questions and issues.
- 6Assist in preparing renewal proposals, stewardship reports, and service plans.
- 7Support service and production teams to meet revenue and retention goals.
- 8Maintain daily processing functions such as endorsements, policies, audits, and ID cards.
- 9Document member and client communications in the client management tool.
- 10Monitor claims and assist with claim resolution.
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 3Strong organizational and project skills.
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 5Act with responsiveness and urgency in all matters.

- 93-5 years of industry-specific experience preferred.
