What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with complex clients to develop population health strategies using multiple data points
- 2Analyze carrier claims utilization to improve population health outcomes
- 3Use Vendor Innovation Council database to conduct RFPs and manage vendor partnerships
- 4Ensure compliance with health and welfare regulations through clear client communication
- 5Assist with client well-being event planning and coordinate marketing communications
- 6Develop and support local and national population health initiatives
- 7Research national trends in well-being and population health
- 8Attend team meetings and participate in client/team social events
- 9Demonstrate knowledge of employee benefits brokerage and consulting
- 10Apply Microsoft Office suite proficiently
- 11Communicate complex concepts effectively to stakeholders
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in health well-being field or equivalent experience
- 2Master’s degree and license/certification preferred
- 37+ years of experience with proven proficiency in multiple processes
- 4Strong communication skills for client interactions
- 5Knowledge of health management trends and carrier programs
- 6Expertise in wellness program compliance
- 710+ years in insurance brokerage preferred
- 8Team player who collaborates effectively
- 9Commitment to company values of integrity collaboration passion accountability
- 10Ability to commit to minimum three days per week commuting requirement
