What You'll Do7
- 1Perform residential home repair and maintenance across carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and smart home device installation.
- 2Manage a dedicated territory of 40-50 homes, building trust and providing consistent service to each homeowner.
- 3Troubleshoot and fix issues independently, using strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 4Use the company app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
- 5Deliver outstanding customer service, listening to homeowner needs and communicating clearly.
- 6Maintain high standards of workmanship, including clean caulk lines and professional patching.
- 7Coordinate with a small team of skilled tradespeople, learning from carpenters, drywallers, painters, plumbers, and electricians.
Requirements10
- 15+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience required.
- 2Skilled across multiple trade areas: carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and smart home installation.
- 3Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred.
- 4Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas.
- 5Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability to independently assess and fix issues.
- 6Attention to detail in finish work (caulk lines, patching, painting).
- 7Customer-friendly attitude with strong listening and communication skills.
- 8Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and personal tools.
- 9Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly (with or without accommodation).
- 10Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet.
