Own residential repair and maintenance for a dedicated territory of 40-50 homes in Austin. What You'll Do10

- 5Set up and configure smart home devices for seamless integration.
- 6Manage a portfolio of 40-50 homes, prioritizing tasks and scheduling visits.
- 7Build long-term relationships with homeowners, becoming their trusted handyman.
- 8Track jobs and schedules using the company app, logging all work completed.
- 9Diagnose and resolve issues independently, using strong troubleshooting skills.
- 10Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements9
- 15+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience in residential repair.
- 2Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical.
- 3Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician preferred.
- 4Strong troubleshooting skills to assess and fix most home issues without supervision.
- 5High attention to detail, including clean caulk lines and professional patching.
- 6Customer-friendly attitude with excellent listening and communication skills.
- 7Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a full set of hand and power tools.
- 8Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- 9Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding up to 12 feet.
