Crew Member Handyman, Residential Repairs
Overview
You will own property preparation for sale, executing repairs and renovations across 5+ properties weekly. Work with a tight crew of tradespeople under a field supervisor. This role stands out for its variety, from carpentry to electrical, with full ownership of each project's quality and timeline.
What You'll Do8
- 1Repair and replace appliances, cabinets, drywall, flooring, and windows and doors across multiple properties.
- 2Complete kitchen and bath remodeling projects from demo to finish.
- 3Paint interiors and exteriors, including prep and cleanup.
- 4Handle basic plumbing and electrical fixes, such as leaky faucets and faulty switches.
- 5Pressure wash driveways, patios, and siding to boost curb appeal.
- 6Inspect properties daily, documenting issues and prioritizing repairs per standard operating procedure.
- 7Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies, ordering as needed.
- 8Keep a clean, safe work site, following all safety protocols.
Requirements8
- 11-2 years of hands-on experience as a general handyman in residential real estate.
- 2Proven skill with carpentry, drywall, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and flooring.
- 3Ability to use power tools and standard hand tools safely and efficiently.
- 4Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred) and personal toolset.
- 5Valid driver's license with no major violations.
- 6Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 7Strong communication skills for coordinating with team and clients.
- 8Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines.
