What You'll Do8
- 1Perform residential repair and maintenance tasks across carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical.
- 2Complete carpentry projects such as door repairs, trim installation, and minor framing.
- 3Patch and paint drywall to a professional finish with clean lines and smooth surfaces.
- 4Repair toilets, faucets, and small pipe issues in residential plumbing.
- 5Install or repair light fixtures, outlets, and small wiring tasks.
- 6Set up smart home devices including thermostats, locks, and cameras.
- 7Manage a schedule of 40-50 homes within a small territory, using the company app to track jobs and tasks.
- 8Build trusted relationships with homeowners by delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience.
- 2Proven skill across multiple trades: carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical.
- 3Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician preferred.
- 4Experience in residential home repair and upkeep in multiple trade areas.
- 5Strong troubleshooting ability to independently assess and fix issues.
- 6Attention to detail with professional finishing (caulk lines, patching, painting).
- 7Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and own tools.
- 8Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and work on ladders up to 12 feet.
