What You'll Do5
- 1Build and supervise daily front desk operations including greetings, check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and concierge tasks
- 2Lead shift-level coaching and task delegation to front desk associates to ensure consistent service excellence
- 3Own guest issue escalation and follow-up to drive guest satisfaction scores
- 4Drive lobby merchandising and brand standards through accurate inventory and market readiness
- 5Coordinate with Night Audit and Engineering to support nightly procedures and safety procedures
Requirements5
- 15+ years of progressive hotel front desk or related experience
- 2Supervisory experience is required
- 3Proficient in Windows OS and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
- 4Experience with front desk operations, PBX usage, cash handling and key control procedures
- 5Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods
