As General Manager, you own all store operations at a high-volume Domino's location, including cost control, team development, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do10

- 7Coordinate with the District Manager on promotions, marketing, and community events.
- 8Oversee store cleanliness and equipment maintenance, including POS systems.

- 10Lead by example during peak hours, assisting with food prep and delivery.
Requirements8
- 118+ years of age with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years).
- 23+ years in restaurant management, preferably in quick service or pizza delivery.
- 31+ years of experience with inventory control and labor cost management.
- 41+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and POS systems.
- 51+ years of experience with hiring and staff training.
- 61+ years of experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
- 71+ years of experience with cash handling and bank deposits.
- 81+ years of experience with food safety (ServSafe or equivalent).
