General Manager, Pizza Delivery & Operations
Overview
You will own every shift at a Domino's store, managing cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations across a $1M+ revenue location. You'll lead a crew of 10-20 team members, reporting to the Area Supervisor, and coordinate with delivery drivers, insiders, and corporate to hit sales targets. What You'll Do10
- 1Drive store profitability by monitoring food costs, labor, and cash against targets each shift
- 2Build and maintain the crew schedule, balancing labor with sales forecasts
- 3Own inventory counts, ordering, and rotation with Domino's systems
- 4Enforce food safety and quality standards, including Perfect Image audits
- 5Train and coach crew members on product prep, customer service, and up-selling
- 6Resolve customer complaints and ensure fast, accurate delivery times
- 7Complete paperwork and reports for cash control and daily sales
- 8Manage marketing promotions and local store advertising to boost orders
- 9Keep the store clean and organized, including equipment maintenance
- 10Set the example for attendance, punctuality, and dress code
Requirements8
- 13+ years in restaurant or retail management, preferably quick-service
- 2High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3Proven skill in cost control, inventory management, and cash handling
- 4Strong leadership and communication abilities with diverse teams
- 5Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25+ pounds
- 6Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
