What You'll Do8

- 4Drive store profitability through marketing efforts and cost containment.

- 6Maintain attendance and punctuality, and secure transportation to and from the store.
- 7Train and develop crew members on cash handling, food preparation, and customer interaction.

Requirements8
- 13+ years in restaurant management, preferably in quick service or delivery.
- 2Proven ability to manage cost controls, inventory, and cash processes.
- 3Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and accountability.
- 4Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- 5Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- 6Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or hospitality preferred.
- 82+ years experience with POS systems and scheduling software.
