General Manager, Pizza Delivery & Restaurant Operations

You own the store's success during your shift: cost control, cash management, customer relations, and crew performance at a high-volume Domino's location. What You'll Do8
- 1Own the full shift: manage staffing, inventory, cash, and food costs to meet targets.
- 2Train and coach crew members on Domino's Pizza standards and service speed.
- 3Audit store cleanliness, image, and adherence to all policies every shift.
- 4Drive local marketing efforts to boost sales and customer loyalty.
- 5Resolve customer issues on the spot to ensure repeat business.
- 6Complete daily paperwork: sales reports, labor logs, and inventory counts.
- 7Prepare and execute the weekly schedule to align with demand forecasts.
- 8Monitor food waste and adjust ordering to hit profit margins.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in restaurant management, including shift leadership in Domino's or similar QSR.
- 21+ year handling cash control, inventory, and cost accounting.
- 3Strong math skills for food cost and labor percentage calculations.
- 4Proven track record of enforcing OSHA and food safety standards.
- 5Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for 8+ hour shifts.
- 6Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from the store.
- 7High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
- 8Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
