- 7Model attendance and punctuality; enforce same for the crew.
- 8Audit store cleanliness and food safety daily, using checklists.
Requirements7
- 11+ years managing a quick-service restaurant or retail store.
- 2Hands-on POS and inventory software experience (e.g., Pulse, Marketman).
- 3Proven ability to hit labor and food cost targets.
- 4Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from work.
- 5Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 6Basic math skills for cash and inventory reconciliation.
- 7Certification in ServSafe or ability to obtain within 30 days.
