What You'll Do10
- 1Build and lead a multi-site EPA CPO team of maintenance technicians and grounds staff to deliver proactive service and high-performance outcomes
- 2Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple multifamily communities ensuring properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained
- 3Schedule and manage turns to ensure market-ready units within established timelines
- 4Coordinate vendor and contractor relationships including scheduling, oversight, and quality control of repairs and capital projects
- 5Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies and conduct safety meetings
- 6Develop and manage maintenance budgets forecasts and capital expenditure plans
- 7Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering of maintenance supplies equipment and parts
- 8Record and maintain work orders preventive maintenance schedules inspections and compliance documentation
- 9Respond to emergency maintenance situations and participate in on-call rotations as needed
- 10Promote a positive team culture focused on accountability collaboration customer service and continuous improvement
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 5 years experience as a maintenance manager in multifamily housing
- 2EPA Certification required
- 3OSHA 30 preferred
- 4High School diploma or GED required
- 5Basic computer skills for reporting
