What You'll Do8
- 1Load and make deliveries following safety guidelines and legal standards using proper equipment
- 2Conduct thorough pre and post-trip inspections of vehicles
- 3Maintain accurate driving and delivery logs
- 4Utilize ELDs and onboard electronics effectively
- 5Navigate Southern California terrain using maps or GPS while avoiding traffic and hazards
- 6Ensure vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance of related equipment
- 7Promote company Core Values and Integrity
- 8Work flexible hours including weekends holidays and overtime
Requirements11
- 1Valid Class A driver's license in your state with Tanker and Hazardous Materials (X) endorsements
- 2Minimum 36 months recent commercial vehicle experience
- 3Proven ability to operate vehicles exceeding 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight
- 4Pass pre-employment physical background screening and drug/alcohol tests
- 5Current medical certificate without restrictions
- 6Ability to pass company road test with a vehicle selected by the company
- 7Obtain loading privileges at all Southern California terminals
- 8Lift capability up to 35 pounds
- 9Compliance with California labor laws regarding meal and rest breaks
- 10TWIC credential preferred but not required
- 11Experience in petroleum transportation strongly preferred
