What You'll Do10
- 1Safely operate tanker trucks transporting bulk liquid materials
- 2Load and unload using hoses, pumps, and valves with strict safety protocols
- 3Conduct and document pre- and post-trip inspections
- 4Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and inspection reports
- 5Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers
- 6Adhere to DOT EPA and safety regulatory guidelines
- 7Represent Altom with professionalism during customer interactions
- 8Complete mandatory quarterly safety meetings
- 9Pass DOT physical drug screening and background checks
- 10Follow HM 232 Compliance and Emergency Response Plan
Requirements11
- 1Valid CDL Class A License
- 2Current X endorsement Hazmat Tanker
- 3Tanker Endorsement N required
- 4Hazmat Endorsement H preferred
- 5TWIC Card preferred
- 6Minimum 2 years tanker driving experience within last 5 years
- 7At least 23 years old
- 8Clean MVR and strong safety record
- 9No DUI/OWI within 5 years
- 10No prohibited status in FMCSA Database
- 11Able to complete 1-week in-person training
