MJ Tank Lines seeks a professional CDL (Class A) Hazmat Fuel Tanker Driver to expand our fleet. This role involves delivering petroleum products safely and efficiently across Southern California while upholding our core values of Integrity Delivered.
What You'll Do11
- 1Load and make deliveries following safety guidelines and regulations
- 2Conduct pre and post-trip inspections
- 3Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs
- 4Utilize ELDs and onboard electronics
- 5Navigate Southern California routes using maps or GPS
- 6Ensure vehicle cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- 7Promote company Core Values and Integrity
- 8Work additional hours including weekends and holidays
- 9Obtain loading privileges at Southern California terminals
- 10Lift up to 35 pounds
- 11Adhere to California labor laws regarding meal and rest breaks
Requirements10
- 1Valid Class A driver's license in the state of residence
- 2Tanker and Hazardous Materials (X) endorsements
- 3Minimum 36 months commercial vehicle experience
- 4Experience operating vehicles over 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight
- 5Current medical certificate without restrictions
- 6Ability to pass road test with company-chosen vehicle
- 7Loading privileges acquisition capability
- 8Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- 9Compliance with California labor laws
- 10TWIC credential preferred
