- 1Deliver warm, proactive, 5-star service at check-in and check-out, managing phones, payments, and client messages.
- 2Own the schedule, protect provider time, and intelligently manage waitlists and same-day requests.
- 3Maintain positive lobby energy and smooth appointment flow, addressing service gaps without being prompted.
- 4Keep client and appointment documentation accurate, completing tasks and closing loops so nothing falls through.
- 5Support teammates with a collaborative, ego-free attitude, contributing to a positive, service-first environment.
- 6Build rapport with clients, anticipating needs and turning potential issues into opportunities for exceptional care.
- 7Learn practice-management software and multi-line phone systems quickly to keep front-desk operations seamless.
- 8Take initiative on daily front-office tasks, from opening to closing, ensuring the space is welcoming and organized.
Requirements7
- 12+ years in a high-volume, customer-facing role, ideally in medical, hospitality, or premium service.
- 2Demonstrated ownership of front-desk or shift-lead responsibilities, with a track record of protecting schedules and driving client satisfaction.
- 3Proven ability to stay calm and organized under pressure, handling phones, walk-ins, and payments simultaneously.
- 4Strong accountability, closing loops and owning mistakes without excuses.
- 5Positive teamwork, lifting peers and modeling high standards consistently.
- 6Willingness to learn practice-management software and multi-line phone systems quickly.
- 7Experience in a medical or high-end customer service environment is a plus.
