Food & Beverage Manager, Private Club & Hospitality Leadership
Overview
The F&B Manager will own all food and beverage operations at a high-end private club with revenues over $2M. Lead restaurant, banquets, events, pool, and other outlets while delivering platinum service to members. Build a culture of excellence through inspirational leadership, training, and recognition. This role works closely with the executive team to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead all F&B operations for restaurant, banquets, events, and outlets at the club
- 2Drive member satisfaction by delivering platinum service and engaging staff to exceed standards
- 3Monitor budgets and control expenses to meet financial goals and reporting
- 4Collaborate with Executive Chef and department heads to plan events and ensure quality
- 5Oversee staff development, training, and performance coaching to retain top talent
- 6Ensure safety, compliance, and preventive maintenance programs are followed
- 7Plan facility improvements, renovations, and energy management initiatives
- 8Review financial reports and proactively address trends to hit budget targets
- 9Attend client events, weddings, and large member functions to ensure flawless execution
- 10Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships to maximize value
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 2Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in a private club or high-service hospitality operation
- 3Experience managing F&B budgets and large-scale events
- 4Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a member-centric approach
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and POS systems
- 6Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
- 7Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and develop staff
- 8Proven track record of maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
- 9Experience planning and executing weddings, banquets, and corporate events
- 10Availability to work on-site and accommodate flexible hours as needed
