Food & Beverage Floor Manager, Hospitality & Golf Club Operations
Overview
The Floor Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations across multiple outlets including The Grill, Sandwich House, Beverage Cart Operations, and Banquet & Tournament service. You will lead and support front-of-house teams, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain service standards while acting as manager on duty during shifts. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities and offers exposure to high-volume resort style service.

- 2Oversee banquet and tournament service operations with attention to timing, accuracy, and guest satisfaction
- 3Monitor daily operations, uphold service standards, and address guest concerns in real time
- 4Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams to optimize service flow during events and peak periods
- 5Serve as manager on duty during assigned shifts, making timely operational decisions
- 6Train and develop staff, manage schedule coverage, and ensure compliance with safety and health standards
Requirements9
- 1Two (2) years of restaurant, golf club, resort, or hospitality management experience
- 2Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- 3Ability to lead multiple food and beverage outlets simultaneously
- 4Experience with restaurant and banquet operations preferred
- 5Experience with POS systems and cash management
- 6Current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Service Certification or ability to obtain
- 7Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- 8Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events
- 9Knowledge of food, beverage, wine, liquor, and tournament service operations
