Overview
Own front-of-house operations at a high-volume restaurant within a premier hospitality group. Lead service standards, manage reservations and staffing, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at scale. Work with kitchen and other departments to deliver seamless operations and high customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes team leadership, process adherence, and contributing to marketing and revenue initiatives.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction

Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, upscale dining establishment
- 3Proven track record of managing front-of-house operations and leading a team
- 4Strong knowledge of food and beverage service including wine and cocktails
- 5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Strong organizational and time management abilities and ability to multitask
- 7Proficiency in using restaurant POS systems and other business software
- 8Reliable transportation
- 9Current Food Manager and Alcohol Certification (Title 4 Basic & Title 4 Management)
