Floor Maintenance Technician
Overview
You will own floor care for hard surfaces and carpets across client buildings, working 8am-4:30pm shifts with a $20.00 hourly rate. What You'll Do7
- 1Maintain hard surface and carpet floors to client specifications.
- 2Complete floor care tasks on a set schedule.
- 3Operate and maintain floor machinery, including buffers and burnishers.
- 4Inspect floors daily and report repair needs.
- 5Recommend floor care improvements to supervisors.
- 6Follow OSHA safety guidelines and wear provided PPE.
- 7Coordinate with team to ensure coverage across all areas.
Requirements6
- 118+ years old.
- 2Janitorial experience preferred but we will train.
- 3Pass drug screening and background check.
- 4Reliable transportation.
- 5Ability to stand and walk for full shift.
- 6Adhere to social distancing and safety protocols.
